CRYPTANALYSIS SYSTEM

Stratign undertakes turnkey projects for developing and implementing cryptanalysis algorithms and establish cryptanalysis labs using high speed computers to support number crunching computations and cryptanalysis.

During the process of interception of communication channels, be it cell phone, satellite trunk, Wi-Fi, etc. a whole lot of documents are also intercepted. The LEAs end up with lot of encrypted documents in the event of capture of hard disc/data storage devices or cell phones from suspects.These documents are of prime importance to the LEAs as the crime investigations can be closed easily, based on the information contained in these documents. However, the challenge remains decryption of these messages. Cryptanalysis is the study of analysing information systems in order to study the hidden aspects of the systems. Cryptanalysis is used to breach cryptographic security systems and gain access to
the contents of encrypted messages, even if the cryptographic key is unknown. In addition to mathematical analysis of cryptographic algorithms, cryptanalysis includes the study of side-channel attacks that do not target weaknesses in the cryptographic algorithms themselves, but instead exploit weaknesses in their implementation. Stratign’s cryptanalysis systems enable LEAs to try and extract maximum information from these encrypted documents.
We have been indigenously developing and implementing cryptanalysis algorithms, tailor-made according to various customer requirements for the past 20 years. These developments have been converted into successful products and are being successfully used by various government. Intelligence agencies worldwide. Stratign also undertakes cryptanalysis of unknown cipher systems, cooperating with Govt. agencies and has the capability of integrating high speed computers using GPUs for number crunching and cryptanalysis. High performance computing (HPC) is one of the most essential tools fueling the advancement of science. By leveraging GPU-powered parallel processing across multiple compute nodes, it can run advanced, large-scale application programs efficiently, reliably, and quickly. This acceleration delivers a dramatic boost in throughput and cost savings, paving the way to successful cryptanalysis.
Stratign generally take up turnkey projects on this and the solution involves setting up a Crypto Analysis Lab having a High-Performance Computing (HPC) facility based on NVIDIA Tesla V 100 based GPU to do analysis on intercepted communications that are encrypted.
